    my first dieta was with ajo sacha.
    
    it was suggested to me for focusing my mind and motivating me and everytime i drank it, i coughed up stuff that had been sitting in my lungs for YEARS.
    
    you use the bark of root of the female plant and if it's prepared right, it burns like mad when you drink it, and yah, you'll be sweating garlic.
    
    i have seen it used for infections, acute inflammation, stress, and as a general tonic.
    
    
    it's one of my fave's so far.

      Garlic of the forest, powerful teacher and great medicine. Gives strenght to the body, fights ilnesses.

      I was lucky enough to diet with this plant, Sanango, and Sango de Grado! Very effective :)
